How To Create a New Account

1.   Go to the log in page and click the ‘Sign Up’ option.
2.   Fill out the fields to create a new donor account. If you’ve made donations to us in the past, you’ll want to use the same email address associated with your past gifts. Please note this will create a new, temporary account, and it will not show your full donation history until you complete steps three and four.
3.   Once you click submit, you will receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
4.   Once you’ve confirmed your email, you’ll then be able to login to your donor account to update your contact info, manage recurring donations and download tax summaries/receipts.

FAQ/Troubleshooting

How do I update my donor account username email?

Once you create an account, you cannot change your username (the email used when first opening the account). This is true even if you have updated your contact email address in your account.

How do I access my tax receipts & summaries?

At any time you can access your tax summaries/receipts from the last 3 years using your online account. When you click which summary/year you wish to view, one will be sent to your email on file.

Venture will continue to email all summaries at the end of every January. If no email is on record, the statement will be mailed.

I forgot my password.

Simply go to the sign in page and click the ‘forgot password’ link. Follow the instructions.

There is an error when I select the confirmation link from the confirmation email.

If you receive an error message when selecting the link in the confirmation email, you may have previously confirmed. If you are certain that this is not the cause, you may be trying to confirm a different email address than the one used to create your account.

I don't see my past donations.

It may take up to a couple of hours to merge your past donations with your account. Please wait the appropriate time, however if you still have questions, please contact angela@venture.org.

If you have made donations in the past using a different email address, the accounts don’t automatically merge. Please email angela@venture.org with your information and we can manually merge the accounts.
